Dr. Tom has been an Oskaloosa Chamber and Development Group professional member for the past 20 years and is proud to partner with the community in the support of the Arts and Education through the George Daily Auditorium. Dr Tom and his wife Madonna are very active in volunteer activities in the school and community and have also sponsored a Scholarship since 2002 through the chamber. This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior entering a health career field of study.

Susan Milonas, our dental hygienist, returned to Iowa in 1999 from Colorado. She is married to Mark and they have 2 children. "Providing quality care for patient's has always been my major focus. Helping patients improve their oral health is very rewarding."

Shirley Malin, our receptionist, is responsible for keeping the front of the office running smoothly. Shirley will help assist you scheduling, insurance and finance. She was born in Oskaloosa, has lived here most of her life, is married to Gary, and has two grown children.

Rhonda Hicks is a native of Oskaloosa and is married to Steve, who is employed by MidwestOne Financial Group. She has been in the dental profession since 1976.  Presently she assists Dr. Tom chairside and along with her experience in Dentisty helps him provide a warm, caring and professional environment.

Michelle Shannon is our full time certified dental assistant. She oversees supplies, sterilization as well as the friendly smiling chair side assistant. Michelle is a native of Oskaloosa and has 3 sons.
